Canton Pioneer Farms has been in the same family for five generations. The farm was purchased by newlyweds, Jerome & Mattie Pirtle in 1913 and is now in the hands of their grand children, great-grand children & great, great grandchildren!

The farm features a comfortable Bed & Breakfast, Custom Catering, and Campsites with complete set-ups.

The farm covers 100 acres and includes several miles of hiking/biking trails, Coyote Creek, woods and several ponds for fishing, including Jerome's Pond, built with a team of mules and a Fresno in the 1920's.  Wildlife observation and bird watching are favorite activities.  Evening campfires and gourmet breakfasts are included in your stay.

We operate on organic, green and sustainable principals and grow many of our own fruits and vegetables-including strawberries, blueberries, rasberries, blackberries; figs, apples, peaches, and grapes; and a variety of vegetables in season.  

Pioneer Farms is within 5 minutes of the World Famous Canton First Monday Trade Days which is held on the first weekend of every month.

Family members at Pioneer Farms have over 40 years combined experience in catering, weddings, restaurant and food service. Our motto- Fresh from Field To Table- is taken very seriously and we serve the freshest food by:
